Landlord Kid and friends

By Richard Mason

Landlord brings his son and friends to play in the backyard of the house we rent. His son and friends tear up the place, tease and bully our dog and throw trash that we have to clean up later. We had a BBQ with friends over a week ago and once again landlord shows up with son and friends in tow. We asked him if we couldn’t use the backyard we pay rent on for our get together, and he threw a super temper tantrum so bad we almost called the police. He told us it was his property and he could do what he wanted. We know we should move but we paid rent for 6 months and were sure he wont refund us for the months paid ahead. Also his temper is scary. what should we do?
