landlord stored stuff in garage

i rented for one year and 10 months..all that time my landlord stored her stuff in the garage..can i take her to court for storage fees

Would like to think that since it’s your landlord’s property, she can do that. Although, if your lease agreement says otherwise, then that would be a different story. I suggest you review your agreement. And if you like, you can always file a complaint with mediation companies like the RPA. Filing a complaint would help you get the resolution to your concern. Your landlord is requested and required to respond to the complaint.
