Landlord will not fix leaking roof

By

I live in an apartment complex in WV. New management took over about 4 years ago. My roof was leaking befoere they took over. I have made numerous complaints to management about roof. Only response I get is when the weather breaks we will fix.It is over four years later and the leak is worse. Every year the rent increases for maintenance costs. No maintenance is being done. What are my rights and what should I do about this.

Review your lease, most leases will require tenants to report issues to the landlord and the landlord will have to fix these issues. If this is in you agreement, then you’ve been so patient. Report your landlord by filing a complaint through RPA.
