landlords family is my neighbor in her 4plex eviction after reporting to her my concern of harassment

By nowhere to go

okn i live in az and live in a fourplex where her grd daughter is my neighbor. the neighborsdher family sent me a text after one am saying i needed to have my company park on my side of the building which is an alley. there are no parking assignments in my lease. well shortly after that they made reference to me imagining bugs. butn there were bugs.. bed bugs. which my landlord had told me to remedy the situation. that didnt occur until the neighbors on the other side moved out. but i spent five hundred dollars on treatment and prevention. i could share space with this. well the passive aggresive harassment continued so last nite i emailed the landlord telling her im done with this behavior and also advised her that when she forwarded the email i sent about feeling harassed to her grd daughter who is neighbor and the one doing the harassing that its illegal so today i get an email telling me to move soon because i didnt pay june rent. but thats because my mental health facility contacted me via email june third telling me they were paying june rent. and she knew and sent paperwork to my case mngr. so they could apply the funds. well they didnt pay the rent. but i filed a complaint with fha three days ago. so i feel like its retaliation. does anyone have any advice…. i have nowhere to go

It is unlawful for your landlord to harass, evict you out of the rental unit just because you filed a complaint against them. As a tenant it is still your responsibility to pay your monthly dues and late fees if there are any. You can only withhold your rent if you put it in escrow. The best thing I think you could do right now is to file another complaint with the RPA. I heard they can help you and is cheaper and faster that small claims court or your local county.
