I live in las vegas nevada and many of the people in my apt building did not receive their S.S Benifits yesterday the 3rd of Fe.

My question is can the landlord charge a late fee. Our mail did not get delivered due to the storms back east. Can or does anyone have the answer?? thanks

Hi Juanita,

First a fall trace the issue whether S.S.Benifits got late from which end. Late fee charges must is negotiable for those who didn’t have answer for the things getting late out of our end. File a complaint log with RPA, they will help such cases
