LOUND TENANT

I have a very loud tenant who lives underneath of me.  She slams her cabinets, doors, her TV is so loud I can hear it in my unit. I have went to the property manager twice already about the noises. She makes NO noise during the day only at night time and she starts making noise around 9 to 11 pm.  I know everyone is not on the same sleeping schedule, but in my lease I do have a section were is states I have a right to quiet enjoyment, no matter what time of the day.  What can I do to end this problem.  When she first moved in and was making noises, I knocked on her door to speak to her about but she never opened the door.  What I can do to get this resloved? I have been at this apt for 7 years and have never had a problem with a downstairs neighbor.  I have been through 3 of them.  She has only been there 5 months.
