Management Office Trying to Evict because of Dog

I moved into this apt in 2/12 in order to be close to my sister and family who lives down the road.  I have a medium sized service dog who is 9.5 years old and a 2 year old male chihuahua whom I adopted 4 months ago.  The chihuahua is not a yapper.  The larger dog only will bark at another dog but she is people friendly.  My chihuahua is afraid of people and we think he was abused.  He barks and low growls at people even though I give him corrections. Most people in the building brush it off as a "little dog thing" and don’t seem bothered.  This building has a great deal of older people in it.  In March, 1 month after moving in, my neighbor across the hall, Bob (a raging alcoholic) started yelling and cursing at the top of his lungs at me and my dogs which would only make the small dog bark louder with his tail between his legs.  I never said anything to this man back but did complain to the apt. office on 3 different occasions. Approx. 3 weeks ago, I had had enough.  This man started ranting and raving and yelling and cussing at me. I wrote him a letter and taped it to his door.  The following day, I received a telephone call from the management office stating my letter was harassing.  I couldn’t believe what they were saying, giving the fact that this man started everythng and had been harassing me for almost five months now, despite my complaints.  They served me with a 10 day notice to correct the problem of "barking dogs" but couldn’t tell me when the complaints were given, which dog it was and what the situation details were, or who complained.  I know that it was this whole situation with this Bob man that started everything and now they are "picking" on me, hoping I will move out on my own.  The following day, I received a notice of complaint for "dogs barking".  I went into the management office and asked Vanessa, the apt. manager what this notice was.  She said she received yet another complaint for my barking "Dogs".  I asked her which one.  She said she didn’t know.  I asked her when the complaint was brought to her attention.  She said she didn’t know and could not divulge the person’s name who complaint.  The day after that, a notice was pinned to my door stating that "I failed to pick up one of my dog’s poop."  I was angry because I am an advocate for picking up after your dog and I always do this.  I went into the office and asked Vanessa what this was.  She said, "A tenant saw you while they were sitting on their couch in their apartment.  They said  you only had one bag with you and  you had both your dogs.  They said you picked up your big dog’s poop but not your little dog."  I asked her how it was physically possiible to see a 4" high dog who weighs 6 pounds squatting from sitting on a couch and how they knew how many bags I carried because I have a fanny pack and carry a dozen bags on me at all times.  The day after this I received another notice stating that I needed to pay a $40 fee for service of the 10 day notice.  I hired a trainer for $150 who worked with Poppi and said that "Dogs bark and chihuahuas do this behavior and that I should be glad I don’t have a yappy chihuahua!"  Today, August 20, 2012, I received another call from Vanessa at the office.  She said that "someone else reported your dogs barking again."  When are you having the trainer out?"  I told her this was impossible because I am home all day and did she mean inside or outside.  She said someone walked by your apartment and heard the dogs barking and then while I was walking them, another employee saw the chiahuahua bark and growl.  She further stated that unless I get this situation under control, I will get formally evicted and have an eviction on my record permanently.

I have nowhere else to go.  I am on social security disability and cannot afford to move again.  No one can lend me money to move and I am considering giving the chihuahua back to where I adopted him.

Someone, anyone, please help.
