Manager wants key to mobilehome I own
By Gabi
I just bought a mobile home that is situated in a mobile home park for which I pay rent. Does the park manager have a right to have a key to my home? The CA Mobilehome Residency Law says that they have a right to enter with my written permission and/or in the case of an emergency, but it doesn’t say anything about a key and how they enter. If it is a true emergency, break the door down! If I’m giving you written permission, I’ll give you a key then.
