maximum penalty allowed in KS
By l.s.gldhmr
We recently had to break our 12 months lease oafter only 3 weeks due to relocation. The landlord is looking to collect the following:
1- our deposit
2- 2 months rent in advance
3- 2 extra months penalty for breaking the lease
Total our penalty is 4 months plus deposit!!! is this legal in KS?
thanks
