my landloard is saying that she lives in my unit and does not

By MS J

My landloard has been lying about occupying my apartment since I moved in. She also still recieves mail there for her and her daughter. Recently she gave me a 30 day notice to move and is now moving back in the unit after only six months. She is short selling the property and for some reason needs to be back in her unit immediately. However, this is not fair for me. Is what she doing illeagal?
