my landlord/roommate has temper… decides I can’t use the television in my room anymore

By gail

landord whom I’ve roomed with for 4+ years now has become increasing aggressive.  I’m looking for a new place to live but between work and my other responsibilities, it won’t happen overnight.  She had my cars towed off the driveway but ended up having to pay the bill, but since has posted a large sign ‘no parking at risk of being towed at vehicle owner’s expense’.  She has said that I can no longer watch the tv in the room I’ve slept in for the time I’ve lived here, and has walked into the room shutting it off while I was watching it.  She took my files and documents off her computer that I’ve always had permission to use, and she said that she transfered them to a memory stick, and I was no longer to use her computer.  She packed some of my items including foodstuff and put them in my room.  The list goes on and on.  Does she have the legal right to be doing these things while I still reside?  So far she has not initiated any summary process action.
