My lease is expired( March), can I automaticly leave, MY LANLORD IS REQUESTING A 30 DAY NOTICE
By Asuncion Torres
My lease is up and it expires on March, last year my land lord gave me a notice this year she did’nt I ask about it and she stated she was behind when told that I needed to know if my Lease was due on March she called me and answered yes but that if I wanted to leave I needed to give a 30 day notice and will have to be moved out by April. My question is am I require to give a 30 day notice after my lease is up?
