noise disturbance from commercial tenant unit
By Bill
They put in a retail place below where I lived for 10 years. When I’m home I sometimes get 12 hours of noise from the place. I have discussed with landlord & suggested they put in insulation to contain the sound. This has been going on for over 2 years and landlord still has done nothing. Why does the commercial tenant get to do what they want while I am bound by my lease to not make noise?
