park owner and manger excessively abusive

By Wendy-be-angry

On July 27, 2011, without giving notice or receiving permission, management or trailer court came on to property and taped a "maintenace reminder" on my front door.  The reminder said I had 3 days to complete yard work or they would do it for me at my cost of $25.00/hr.  When finding the threatening notice, I called the managers and told them I had just had my lawn mowed and trimmed a few days earlier, and weeded both garden areas the week before; additionally, I would not pay them to do yard work I was already having done.  The manager said I had 3 days to comply or they would evict me.  A second maintenace reminder was taped to my door within a week and I didn’t call the manager as the lawn care had already been scheduled to be completed the next day.  On August 18, 2011 the manager again taped a maintenace reminder on my door while the young man who does my yard work was doing it, had completed the front yard, had my lawn mower sitting in my drive way next to a trash bag of grass and had come inside for a drink of water.  We finished the yard work, and then I wrote a letter to the manager telling him that his actions are abusive, harrassing and illegal.  I asked that they give me the names and addresses of all the owners of the trailer park and let me know when I could pick that information up.  I then called each day for 3 days, never getting hold of the managers.  On the last call a woman answered, saying she was the secretary, that the managers wouldn’t be back until the next day (Tuesday) but that they had received my letter.  On Tuesday one of the owners called, leaving a message on my phone, giving his name and telephone number.  I called but only reached an answering machine; leaving a message to please have their managers fax my letter to him and then get the information I’d requested to me.  The next day I called again, speaking to a secretary, and asked if they’d received my message left the night before.  She said she didn’t know but would check.  I repeated my request to have the names and addresses of all property owners sent to me.  Two days later I received a letter from the owner saying they could enter my property anytime they wanted, per the lease (it doesn’t say that on the lease and more importantly Idaho Law says they can’t).  Obviously they intend to continue with the harassing, illegal abuse.  Now what?
