Problem with the swing set in the yard

By Qi Cheng

I put a swing frame (removable) in my yard and my landlord said I must remove it by tomorrow. There’s no such thing in the lease. And I really love the swing sets for my kids!

Please, give me some advise! I really need help!

Why would the landlord wants to remove the swing? There must be a good reason for that. You can have a verbal agreement with him because it’s not a big deal. It is just a swing. Or wait for the lease to expire, so you can include the swing to the new lease.
