problem wth tenant below my apartment

I have tenant who lives below me constanly complaing about the radio and or norise from my apartment. She has gone as far as calling the police, who come out and find no problems. On top of this when she calls she refuses to even talk with the police. Now she has involved the landlord who for some unknown reason takes side of the story without the courstey of asking me what is going on. My side of the story. I am starting to feel theathen and harassed. What are my rights?
