problems with bed bugs

We are having a problem with bedbugs in our appartment. We’ve had this problem for a while now and we’ve talk to the landlord on two occasion.The landlord had pest control come out here and sprayed,but would not tell me what he was spraying for. Can you help us please we have 2 childern plus a baby on the way. We dont wont to move cause we dont have the money we at less wont a new appartment so he can at less correct this problem.
