There’s really not much that you can do … just keep in contact with your landlord and push for your problems to be resolved.

Problems with Landlord Repair

By Disappointed Tenant

I moved into a brand new building over 4 years ago and, until recently, have had no problems w/the apartment. For the past 2-3 months I have continued issues w/my water. The "pump" to the well is insufficient therefore I have been w/out water several times spanning a 2 month period. Have reported several times to my landlord (who lives just a few houses from me) and the problem has yet to be resolved. NOW I have no hot water (which was reported to my landlord on the morning of November 27th). My landlord told me that he would be going that day to get the parts to repair…as of almost 48 hours later nothing has been done. What are my rights as a tenant in this situation?!

Problems with Landlord repair

By Locked out

I just reciently moved into a renovated trailer.  Before I moved all my items in my trailer was broken into and I was robbed for the items that were in there.  The landlord said they knew who it was but I haven’t gotten my items back yet.  I am now fully in the trailer and the deadbolt lock is giving me issues to the point that I can’t get the key into it.  I have called the landlord on several occasions and she won’t call me back. Now when I leave I can’t lock the deadbolt cuz the key don’t go in.  What do i do she is avoiding me?  I can’t move yet cuz I can’t afford it I just need to know what to do.
