Question for former tenant

By anonymous

I live in a second floor apartment with a guy living on the first floor below me.
I have a few complaints about him but wondered if it would be ok to contact the former tenant to see if she had the same problems  or eerie, creepy feelings I have about him.  Is this cool?   Of course I can send a letter to her address and ask for forwarding to new address.  What do you think?

Yes. It is alright for you to ask the former tenant about the situation that is going on in your place. Just make sure to get the address in a right way. Ok? :)
