Receiving Warning Notice

By kat

I have received a Warning Notice from my property manager today that stated they received complaints regarding the following disturbance or conditions and it stated destroying property, and violation of rental agreement.  There stating that several surrounding neighbors rseen someone from my household kick the glass and door in the Laundry building. But when I went up to the office upset and requesting what evidence they had in regards to this matter and what surrounding neighbors they brushed me off and said that it was reported to there watch person.  Neither me or my children where at home on this day until late at night when they are accusing someone from my house of this.  Is it wrong of me not to pay the $220 they are stating I owe without proof it was someone from my house.

Also do they have a legal right without proper evidence to request this money from me.
