Rent Increses

By admin

I was on a rent special and I was aware my rent would increase after a year. After the year I was told my rent went from $690.00 to $695.00. I paid $695.00 for two months then was told my rent was $750.00. I paid $750.00 and when I cam back the following month I was told it was $755.00. I only paid because I did not want my account to be negatively afecetd while I looked into the matter. I still to date have not signed a new lease eaven afetr my roomate took her name off the lease and our rent price changed. I contacted the corporate office and the local office and it never got taken care of. They said they sent out a letter to me about the increase and showed me a copy, which I never got. The letter was date for August, yet My lease changer in July. Then they tried to get me to sign the letter saying I was aware of the change. What can I do please help!
