rental agency owner very rude and punishes complaints, yells over reacts etc

We rented this house 6 months ago or more. We have had a few problems that we needed to call the rental agency for. Each time the owner will call us back and leave messages and has even written a letter telling us that we are complaining too much, we are high maintenance said in a very negative punishing tone. They call and say they want to come and look at the problem, meaning we need to set up an apointment with the owner of the agency(because we are so outragously high maintenance that onl she can deal with us) they want us to take time off work to be home for this then they come to look at the problem and decide whether its ok for us to call them about it or not

We are not talking major issues. We called a few days ago to get the number to the gardners because we want to speak with them to see on w hat day they come, because it s been random and to let them know not to use pesticides, etc in our yard. They came the other day and mowed down my organic garden beds! inside the beds! I walked in the backyard with my daughter to water and the beds where gone! we had many plants in there and carrot heads where sticking out of the ground.  We werent outragous or mad, we just wanted it not to happen again, didnt like ask for compensation or something

She said she needs to come and see the garden beds because she thinks we are over reacting (we are not and have no history of it).

All we asked for was the number to the gardners to speak with them! thats outragous and high maintenance?

iThe gardners also used fertilizer and i have small dogs and am pregnant and have a toddler who eats everything, I just wanted to be notified ahead of time. i got NO NOTICE my daughter and i went outside to play and I smelled it and called to see what was done exactly so i know how long to stay away and definetly not let my daughter eat it!

I think many people would have gotten much much angrier than us? Anytime something has happened outragous on their part where i expect  an aupology i get a lecture on how innapropritae I am for complaining! and some punishment as far as o well then we need to come and look at it etc.

I’ve been told I am not to complain again or I will need to find a new place. We have complained 2 times in all!

and the nasty attitude is ridiculous i’ve never been treated or spoken to like that!

We cant afford to move and are ok with the house for another year or so.

How do i deal with t his? Should i get a lawyer and ask that the agency speak only with the lawyer? or is it something i should just ignore until the next problem occurs?
