Rental Complaint

I have a bit of a rental complaint about my landlord.  The problem is that my landlord is not fixing anything.  There are 5 or so problems in my apartment that need fixing.  The biggest one being Air Conditioning.  My apartment is getting way hot.  I’ve called my landlord numerous times without success.  

I saw that I can file a complaint.  Anyone know how that process works?

I’m not sure what you really want to know about the complaint process, but it would be a good idea to motivate your landlord to fix your air.
