hello my name is juan castillo we move to this house on october we repair th whole house the lawn lord told me that he will discount the expense from my deposit to fix this house we spend almost 3000 dollar because the last tenant destroy everyting ok we got the money back on secury deposit credit and some rent but we just find out tha the lawn lord is in bankrupcy since june or july 2010 and we rent the house on october the question is whata can i do i have secction 8 and hi is been collecting money from them adn from me i will realy apreciate your help thanks
