is it legal to withhold rent until a landlord fixes a roach infestation?

Hi Lindsa,

Holding the rent is not an solution for roach infestation, Way don’t you speak with landlord for a Unit heat which would be more preferable try to find the exact problem from were it gone originated.

I agree with Kavish that it would be nice if you talk with your landlord. Withholding rent could cause more problems. Why not work with your landlord in fixing the issues? If they wont cooperate, you can move forward to filing a complaint at http://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/complaint_center.php
