short sale eviction?

By Liberty

I recently moved into my home october of last year (less than 5 months ago)  I recently found out that my landlord hasnt paid anything on his home since 2009 and when i moved in i gave him three months rent in advance.  I stressed to him that i needed to have a place long term when i moved in because i am pregnant.  he told me that wasnt a problem and wrote up a two year lease(states month to month but he crossed those words out).  the end of january i found out my landlord wasnt taking care of the mortgage like i thought and the house was in the process of a foreclosure.  I notified him of the posting and he said he would take care of it… i didnt hear from him again until i contacted him again when a second notice was posted by my front door.  The landlord said he would take care of it and let me know.  He called me the next day and said there was nothing he could do so i needed to use the 90 days to vacate the property.  a week later two realtors came to the house and gave me a 24 hr notice that they were coming to walk through the house so they could start a short sale on the property.  a couple days after that another lady came to me and stated that she wanted to work with me because they dont want to cause anymore stress on me because i am 8 months pregnant.  she stated that as long as i allowed potential buyers to look through the house i could stay without paying rent so i could save money to get into another place.  A week later the smae lady realtor came to my house and advised me the house was sold and the new owners are moving in at the end of this month (2weeks) and i have a week to get my things out of the home or she will issue a 3 day eviction notice and have the sherrif remove me from the property.  i have two children with one coming any day and dont know what i can do… i dont know my rights and am scared out of my wits! What rights do i have in this situation?
