terms of 3 day notice
By daniel
We were served a 3 day notice and paid the notice in full within the time frame to our Landlord’s attorney. Three days later our landlord called and left a message that we begin paying $1400 per month 1/1/11, when our rental amount is $1050 per month or he will serve us with another 3 day notice. He is trying to collect late charges for the past 7 years. Was the 3 day notice not to include all past due amounts owed, and if paid start us with a clean slate?
