turning a house into an apartment complex

By starr

my landlord is turning her home into a 3 unit  complex. the men she hired to do the construction leave there tools everywhere, saws nails broken wood litter the entire side of the house (where my entrance is located) i tripped and fell while trying to get the laundry room and busted open my knee. all she said was it was a minor incident. i put my 30 days in before lease ends, can i get my entire deposit back? the units are extremely cheap and poorly done. she mixed up tiles from her fire place and our bathroom causing one step to be extremley slick when wet, i have two young children under 5, this is hazordous. the first month we were without hot water becuase she couldnt get her guys out to fix the faucet. ONE MONTH! the second month is when i fell. and the third month the sink leaked so badly becuase the guys who installed hte sink did a porr job sealing the drains. there is a bug infestation and she refused to tent the house AFER a terminex guy came and said that it was highly recommended. all she did was have the unit bombed which only pushes bugs into walls until residue wears off… i just want my money back without any MORE problems, cani break lease and still get money back?
