we rented a trailor 2 months ago and cant live there cause the land lord has to put the main breaker in before we can have elcectric, how long does the land lord have to fix it?

we rented a place 2 months ago, tried get electric on 3 weeks ago but landlord needs to put the main breaker in before elcectric will turn service on, we had made many calls to his company. and also the landlord put the wrong address on our lease which caused a big issue with a neighbor. we have 3 minor children and been staying with my mom sleeping on her floor, i have a severe bad spine and this is causing more pain and stress.
