What do I owe?

I recently vacated the house I was renting for 7 years.  I moved out mid month of March since I only paid 75% of a security of $1000. 

 During those 7 years, I never had any major demands but those of useage wear and tear…so to speak.

The owner just came into town, and is finding every little nick and crack and making statements like "well I’m goiing to have to pay for this to be repaired or replaced".

Now. I took care of her place for the 7 years minus the few (3) service calls that were made for "covered" repairs under her Home protection.  All of a sudden the carpet needs replacing, a small part of the flooring (immitaion wood strips) needs to be replaced.  Am I responsible for any of these costs?? 

We had a lease for the first year and none renewed ever since.  I have been more than happy to have lived there, but she had me hanging on with a "re-finance" incentive to lower my monthly rent; however, after 4 months, I could not wait longer and foresaw a hardship and was very open and honest about it.  

I don’t want to leave things on ill terms.  The repais she is talking about, are minor and I think should be part of the prepping after living there 7 years?

 I am a fair person but don’t want to be misinterpreted by a longshot! Thanks.
