WV laws for bed bugs

By Annonymous

Discovered Bed bugs in my couch last week, I rent a house in Charleston W.V. My landloard was quick to send a exteminator ( not one of the big companys) they have sprayed and are going to spray every week. I did lose my couch, but thats all. I think it is starting to get undercontroll, But now my Landloard has told me he is going to be sending me the bill, because I brought them in. I know the laws vary state to state, but i was wondering if he can do this, Thanks

Yes, your landlord can if it was determined that you brought the bedbugs in. You may also want to check your lease agreement.
