exposed carpet tacks
By
The house I am renting has exposed carpet tacks along an area that connects to the kitchen. We have a rug covering it to protect ourselves but I’m wondering if the landlords are required to replace the carpet or fix it since it is a danger? We put it on our move in list and said we were concerned about it but no word from landlord.
