Can I get my deposit or not
By Not happy
My slob roomie and I finished year lease at end of this July in a month and he is trying renew a new lease while I am moving out. Shouldn’t I get my deposit back and then he has to put down whatever the deposit is himself as the lease office says I cant it get back until he vacates the premises which could be years!!
Why am I leaving but my money has to stay so I can lose it because a slob is still living there??
Hope I’m not screwed on this…..
