Roaches in my apartment

i have roaches in my apartment – management has spayed many times but the infestation must be really bad, because they never go away.  they wont tent the building even though everyone in the building complains of having them & wont negotiate on my lease.  i actually love the area i live in & i really don’t want to move nor do i have the money – please can you advise if there is anything i can do about this or my lease? thank you, Esther
