  I am a future renter for senior housing apartment. I am in the process of applying for the apartment. I understand they need to do background check. in the application form, there are the questions of history of my finaces: whether I did file bankrupcy. I had to forclose my house June 30th this year because my house price went down to much. The apartment manager said my back ground check will be decline. I am feeling very unfair. Everybody are suffering in this economy. My credit score is 679 with foreclosure. I really wish that there is a way my back ground check will not decline because of forclosing my former house. Is anybody can help me? i do not have any outstanding debit or payment. Thank you for your help.
