can I leave without penalties; bed bugs

By Michelle

I moved in an apartment complex 9/2010.  I started getting hives one month later 10/2010.  The landlord had us to sign a agreement if bed bugs come we are responsible.  We thought why not we have never had such a problem.  Well we now have that problem and they are forcing us to live here.  I cannot afford to pay 800 to 1200 to exterminate.  I am being bitten alive because of a alergic reaction.  They are now adults and are spreading.  My Insurance is no help we are trapped.  They want me to pay 2 months to get out of the contract.  My mom is 75 sickly I have a 14 and 20 year old.  I go to work half functioning to pay for what I cannot sleep in.  Can someone help us with legal advice/because we are being taken for a ride.  There are other stories I wish I had read on the internet before moving.

  Sincerely,
Needing a decent human beings help
