can they tell me what to put in my garage?

My landlord has writen me a letter saying that" my gaage floor has to be able to accommodate a legally registered/operational vehicle . and to please remove all items from the garage floor in 30 days . " after renting for 15 plus years .There is no mess and the items that are stored consist of normal garage items. now what?
