fees,stress,sad

well i am writing because we find a house that we liked and we knew there were some things that needed to be fixed before we moved in.We  moved in on 10/31/11 and went into the house but nothing had been done that needed to be done but there we stood with a 26 foot truck we are military and we needed to unload.some of the things we knew we could try to fix like the carpet it is and smells a mess till this day carpet cleaning does not help at all. also there was and still is roach poop all over the walls of the house and you cant get it off because it is so old and so  high up on the walls along with some green  stuff used to kill mice.try to pull that off and the wood is coming with it.
   The company did come and do a few things all rush jobs which in the end i had to end up going to buy a heater to keep warm in the winter.and now a fan yet the house has CHAA.the air people came and said there was nothing they could do.well about a month into living here i started having headaches,so bad the was being rushed to the er and after many many many doctors they all come up with the same thing i am having headaches and dizzy because my inside my noise in swollen which is causing pressure in my head and giving me headaches.but not only me everyone gets headaches that lives in the home

   well one day the last tenant that lived here came by looking for some mail because she was not getting her mail so i asked her did she have any issues with the house and what did she tell me she said the home had flooed 4 or 5 times from the  sewage backing up in the house.so that is how i found out what was wrong with the carpet and was making me so ill.then i find out the roach poo on the walls is because the home was over ran with roaches.so now i know why i could not unpack everything.and then she tells me there is something wrong with the heating and air system and she lived the same way.

 so then the people from acress the street start getting concerned or noisey which ever is fine with me they were trying to save me and my family’s life.but they are telling me all kinds of things about the house and how the lady that use to live here paid for all these issues to be fixed well at that point my health is so bad to the point of where someone came to check the house and said it is un sat to live in the carpet is moled so the doctor thens runs some test and writes this  unfortunatley there are numerous ussues with the home that is seriously compromising her health and has worsening breathing problems.and that they anticipate my health will decline unless i leave this home.

Ok so things get really ugly someone calls the home owner and he pops up on 4/14/12 and all he can say is he is sorry and he also ask me why do i have adt alarm and i told him because i got it put in and i pay every month so he says why.He then says the house came with an alarm and that he pays for the service every month and that is inclued in my rent.i was so hurt and shocked so that is so wrong.he is aying and so are we and the rental company never says a thing before or after the fact.now the owner wants his house back because he cant afford to get all the things wrong fixed he sent a email saying he will give me our deposit back and the alarm money but im like where are me and my family suppose to go and how it cost like cash to move not on top of all the stress this is causing us.so before 30 days i have to just be gone which is a good thing for me and my family health but why should we be paying all these issues were stated the day we moved in and no one cared then so why should we foot the bill can anyone tell me what they would do if this happened to you?
