Having Bed bugs and what to do ?

Have Bed Bugs and want to know my rights and what the landlord has to do and what they have to pay for ?
Please call us , at 602-475-7425 my name Jeffrey and my lady is Brenda and we don’t know our rights or what really to do ?
Please help us, have Bed bugs bites all over our bodies and no real help ?
