landlord refuses to fix mold problems

So I’ve lived in this trailer park for 2 and a half years and the whole time I’ve had so many problems. From the kitchen sink leaking to the stove breaking to the electrical outlits sparking and shorting out and almost causing a fire to the major problem of Black Mold.(caused from sink leaking.)
