My landlord moved a noisy family above!

By Robert Wilson

I am an apartment dweller.  The landlord moved a family above me who constanly make noise.  I have written both the family and the landlord. The landlord answered my email saying they could not discriminate as to where a family request to live.  However the lease agreement states that tenants will make any noise that will cause neighbors discomfort. do I have any legal recourse?

Show the lease agreement quoting the part where it says “noise should be controlled by the landlord”.
