problem with new apartment management

Hi, I rented an apartment with move in date as April 8th and they gave me all the details of rent and lease terms and I paid the security deposit. Today they called me to sign some docs and they say that they did a mistake and that apartment is not available on April 8th and rent is also $100 higher than agreed. My family is coming and airtickets are booked. I don’t know how to get this resolved.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks
