LANLORD TOLD ME MAITENANCE FOUND PARAPHENALIA I MY DRAW WHERE THERE ARE NO MAITENANCE REPAIRS REQUIRED AND HAVE MY PERSONAL PROPERTY. WHILE THERE WAS NOTHIN IN THERE DO THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO GO THROUGH MY DRAWS?

Sorry to hear about your problems on your landlord and maintenance. Your landlord or anyone else for that matter cannot enter you rental unit and go over with your stuff without your permission and a written notice beforehand. Since in your case no written notice was given and they enter without your permission then the next logical step would be to file a complaint against them with the RPA using this link http://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/complaint_center.php?id=51dd308610038
