13mths, and Ceiling that caved in at front door, still not repaired…

Hello,

I have lived at my house since August 2005, in June 2010, my roof caved in due to a leak in the ceiling, which we kept calling the property mgmt company about, and it was never fixed……..we have called, and called, and called, and at the time my baby was 4mths old, and NOTHING…they did NOTHING…and still have not done ANYTHING!!!….so what can I do??? then I get a letter today, saying they want to inspect, they want to inspect, but don’t want to fix the ceiling, this is unbelievable, we have had to pay to have the carpet cleaned, and I’m over it!!!

HELP!!!
