is landlord in breach of contract?
By overstompers
is my landlord in breach of my contact if they never gave tenant a written notice of where the security deposit is being held? Florida statues requires notice to be given in person or by mail. My landlord claims she sent email and I never received this notice.
Can renter get out of lease agreement and not lose security deposit?
