Harrassment from rental office Reps?

My apartment’s new management team has done nothing but deal with me in unsavory ways(different late charge amount on the same day of the month,,purposelly not answering or dispatching work orders..one regarding hot water went totally unanswered)  or discriminate against me….today one of the rental office reps had my car towed from a spot that belonged to a vacant apartment…I was in the spot for less than 2 hours and they knew it was my carits obvious they had it removed out of spite.They ruined the end of my kid’s b-day becuz of this and I will now have to pay to pick my car up tomorrow and possibly be late for work

 

 

I will file in small claims court against them this week for all of the mistreatment I’ve experienced up to today…

 

Other than harrassment and discrimination…what else can this treatment be labeled as?
