Another Landlord's renter is harassing my new renter

By BROOKEH

We are new landlords and just got a great renter in, she just moved in Saturday.  She is a single mother, in the military, with two kids and a small dog.  We live in a condo community with several renters and individual homeowners as landlords.

The unit next to ours has had a long time renter in, and we had several problems with her while we lived there such as bad attitude, rude behavior, etc.

Since Saturday, she has had 2 run ins with our renter, both times she was rude, and using foul language.

I contacted and left a message with her landlord last night in hopes that we can handle the situation and he can ask his renter to please mediate any issues with him so that there is no additional situations and that they dont escalate.

If this continues, what type of right do I have as a landlord to take action against her as we may lose the renter, which would result in a loss of income and a large financial hardship on us.

Any suggestions or resources I can look up?
