can a landlord change a policy about company van parking

By bren

When I first signed the lease over two years ago, the apartment management said company van were allowed and that there was no special place to park.  You could park them in front of the apartment.  Now, after I sign the lease for year three, the management now says I have to part in spaces for commerical vehicle.  The parking spaces are dimly lit and back up to woods , which makes me afraid the van will be broking in too. What can I do?
