can i sue my landlord

By Tasha

I recently moved out of home due to mold issues that affected my daughter. The mold is from a leak in the pipes under the tub. before  i moved out i have notified them of the issue and they came and put puddy on the moldy area  and put some type of thing on the tub and sad that should fix it. then i advised tehm that teh issued cintinued and asked them to fix tehy never did. I had to move i gave them teh doctros note adn tehy only told me to sopray bleach on mold. Now that i have moved they want me to pay for painting fees and other fees. Can they do this or do i have a right to sue?
