have been renting for three months with no heat water leak hose running from upstairs to downstairs for purpose of getting water no sink bath or kitchen non operating stove electrical wires caused a fire now homeless due to faulty wiring fire investigator said probably not an option to go back due to unhabitble living conditions. what can i dol
